This's my first time in Chicago and I'm in love with this city :) Each building has its own story and is uniquely designed. The architecture is amazing. Apart from that, I like any city that has a river running through it :p

You can get a great view of the city from the Sears (Willis) Tower.

One of the many iconic buildings in Chicago is the Marina City (Corn-Cob building). It's designed to look like a corn cob! Pretty :)

A building I find really pretty ...

US Post Office ...

Art Institute of Chicago ...

And of course ... The Bean (Cloud Gate)! I went there during the day and at night. The night visit is highly recommended as it gives a very different feel.

The 'L' train is super easy and convenient to use. We didn't rent a car and that was a great decision.

My kind of selfie ;) during a walk in Illinois Institute of Technology - a reflection from the Siegel Hall building.

Apart from the architecture, the Fall colors in the city are beautiful. :) These trees with yellow leaves were right across the street from Hilton, Chicago where I stayed. It's part of the Formal Garden on Michigan Ave. The red leaves were from the Millennium Park.

A trip to Chicago would not have been completed without the Chicago deep dish pizza :D

After Chicago, we made a quick visit to the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. The weather wasn't great and there was construction going on at the base of the Arch. But the structure is still pretty amazing. :) This was a view from the old Courthouse.
